How to use for consumption:
Use 500mg maximum glutathione or as per body weight ( 2-5mg/kg body weight) in juices, salads, jam, oats, cereals etc. Do not mix it in water and drink directly, since it has a unpleasant sulfur taste, it may cause stomach discomfort. The presence Sulfur makes glutathione mother of all anti-oxidants.

Note: This product contain 98.9% purity glutathione. If you suffer any effects reduce quantity or stop immediately and consult your healthcare practitioner.

Cosmetic use:
Use 2-5% concentration in water base formulation ( cream, lotion and serum) and mix well.

Note: Glutathione has strong smell when mix with skin care cream, lotion or serum. Add few drops of your favorite fragrance oil in your cream, lotion or serum.

Examples:
To make a 2% lotion, use 2grams of the Glutathione Powder in a 100gram base lotion.

To make a 5% lotion, use 5grams of the Glutathione Powder in a 100gram base lotion.
