Skin and Hair (Sunburn/ Acne, pimples/ Stretch marks/ Hair growth and dandruff)
Description
Aloe vera is a common household plant known for its skin healing properties. Using aloe vera on the face can help moisturize the skin. Aloe vera is a cactus-like plant that grows in desert regions around the world. Its leaves produce a gel that is rich in vitamins A, C, E, and B12.
Aloe Vera is best known for its use as a gentle sunburn treatment, but the truth is that aloe vera is a very valuable ingredient in many different cosmetic products. Thanks to aloe’s moisturizing and invigorating properties, it can improve the look and feel of skin and hair. Incorporated into lotions, shampoos, conditioners, and even makeup, this makes aloe vera powder a powerful ingredient to add to cosmetic formulations.
Aloe vera powder is obtained when the gel is rinsed to remove remnants of the juice, dehydrated, and ground into a fine powder. This makes the powder very concentrated. Only a small amount of aloe vera powder is needed to make a big impact.

Because of its naturally moisturizing, and subsequently healing, properties, research has shown that aloe vera may help heal first- and second-degree burns on the skin, although the mechanism in which it does so has yet to be fully understood-probably because it is a combination of factors.
It helps fade dark spots
Dark spots on the skin, also known as hyperpigmentation, can leave their mark for a variety of reasons. Whether from sun exposure, acne, or just the normal ageing process, all dark spots typically have one thing in common: They’re stubborn. However, a compound called aloesin, found in the aloe vera plant, could help lighten things up.
It moisturizes skin
Aloe vera’s moisturizing properties are twofold. “The leaf of the aloe vera plant is rich in water, particularly in the innermost layer, so it helps to hydrate the skin and lock in moisture, “The sugars it contains, also known as mucopolysaccharides, also help to retain moisture in the skin.”
It provides healthy ageing benefits for the skin
Hydrated skin is happy, healthy skin, and as we know, sufficient moisture also helps stave off the visible signs of ageing (e.g.: fine lines and wrinkles).
It can help clear up acne
“There is data to suggest that aloe may have antimicrobial properties and may help acne-prone skin, “It should not take the place of your traditional acne medications but can be used alongside them.”
It soothes psoriasis and eczema
Skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis signal general inflammation and a compromised skin barrier-both of which can be helped by aloe vera.
It may help fade stretch marks
Another unwanted skin signal of ageing, as well as pregnancy, is stretch marks. According to some research, the topical application of aloe vera has been shown to be effective in lessening the appearance and preventing the spread of stretch marks.
Aloe vera powder benefits for hair:
Helps in hair growth
Like skin reproduction, Aloe Vera gel helps in activating new hair growth as it increases blood circulation to the scalp. It also provides essential minerals and vitamins. Aloe Vera contains proteolytic enzymes that help repair dead skin on the scalp. So aloe vera works as a great remedy for scalp problems in women and men.
Keeps dandruff at bay
Aloe Vera helps in healing dry skin, fungal infections and excessively oily skin. All these are significant causes of dandruff. It is one of the natural ways to get rid of dandruff.
Acts as a conditioner for the hair and scalp
Just as how it moisturizes the skin, Aloe Vera helps to condition the hair and soften it. Regularly applying Aloe gel to the hair and scalp helps to maintain the vitality of the hair and its shine.
It treats and prevents dandruff
Dandruff is a form of seborrheic dermatitis, and aloe vera has been found to be an effective treatment for scalp irritation, scariness, and flakiness caused by seborrheic dermatitis.
